- 2 oz ciabatta
- 2 tbsp mashed avocado
- 2 oz grilled chicken breast
- 3 slices ripe tomatoes
- Salt & fresh pepper to taste
Slice bread open & smear mashed avocado on the bread. Season with salt & pepper. Top with tomatoes, chicken & add additional fresh craked peppr. enjoy!

I didn't, but I did oil up the pan with some EVOO, seasoned the chicken tenders I had with salt, pepper & some garlic & oil seasoning.
