Ready in 5 minutes- Makes 1 serving
1 large orange, peeled
1/2 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
1/4 cup oat bran
1 frozen banana
1 tsp honey/agave nectar or 1 packet Stevia (optional)
1 cup ice
**I like to add 1 tablespoon of flaxseed
Combine all ingredients in a blender and puree until smooth. Serve.
